Theideal candidate will have experience issuing Part 8Proceedings and Court Applications within a volumesolicitor spractice



CreditControl & Enforcement of Legal Damages Costs andDisbursements

  • CreditControl: Manage and negotiate associated legal fees andexpenses.
  • Legal Applications: IssuePart 8 proceedings and make necessaryapplications.
  • Documentation: PrepareN260 schedules accurately.
  • Liaison:Coordinate with external enforcement officers andbailiffs.
  • Additional Duties: Performany ad hoc or additional duties asrequired.

  • Expertise:Knowledge and experience in debt recovery enforcementproceedings.
  • Organizational Skills:Exceptional organizational abilities and attention todetail.
  • Professionalism: Robustdetermined and resolute while maintaining a professional and politedemeanor.
  • Calm Under Pressure:Ability to remain composed under pressure and not take thingspersonally.
  • Negotiation: Confidentnegotiator with excellent communication skills both on the phoneand via email.
