The Role: The Data Protection Manager will sit in the second line, and will report to the Chief Compliance Officer. As a subject matter expert, this role is part of a team who are working to understand, manage and mitigate privacy risks across Amplifi Capital. They should ensure that the organisation has proper risk-based systems of control over the personal data that it processes and deal promptly and professionally with requests for information. This role is identified as falling under a category of staff whose professional activities are deemed to have a material impact on Amplifi’s risk profile. You will be required to be certified by the business in line with the FCA’s ‘Fit and Proper’ test for employees.
