What's the Role About?


As part of our portfolio of services, we provide market-leading Data Protection Officer services to schools and multi-academy trusts across the United Kingdom.

We support our clients with everything from conducting data protection audits to drafting data policies and procedures, managing data requests to providing training for employees.


We are looking for an excellent Data Protection Administrator to join our Data Services team.

The successful candidate will assist in the efficient administration of our Data Protection Officer (DPO) services, managing work calendars, and ensuring that our clients' details are accurately maintained on our platforms.

What Can You Bring to the Role?


  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a data protection environment, would be preferred.

  • You'll be efficient, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, even when managing a variety of tasks concurrently.

  • You'll be IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as confidence and willingness to learn new systems, such as Judicium's case management system.

  • You'll be a strong communicator, able to collaborate across the wider Data Protection team to ensure seamless coordination of tasks.
