The Opportunity


We are looking for a Data Administrator to join our customer operations team and provide essential back-office support to improve the quality of billing data within our billing system.

You would also assist the customer operations team in actioning new processes, calculating and adjusting bills and amending customer data.

To begin with, this will be a fixed term contract of 6 months ending in December 2024.


Key Responsibilities


  • Updating customer data fields on our in-house system
  • Manual adjustment of customer bills to balance company financials
  • Data cleanse activity to remove bad or outdated data
  • Manually enter information to provide accurate reporting for our Customer Ops team
  • Ability to spot issues and raise to management
  • Telephony training included to support when required
  • Analysing and correcting billing data
  • Additional administrative duties which may be required within the team

About You


  • Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience using a CRM preferred
  • Attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors or additional issues within the data
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt as priorities change and initiate actions
