Anderson Knight is recruiting a Customer Support Specialist for a well-established company based in Glasgow.

This role is essential in managing all incoming calls, emails, and automated work requests, ensuring they are logged onto the internal system.

The successful candidate will handle queries and escalations to ensure positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:• Confidently manage incoming calls, emails, and automated work requests.

• Log all communications onto the internal system accurately.

• Direct calls and queries to the appropriate people or departments.

• Manage escalations, following the appropriate processes to resolve issues.

• Provide additional administrative support as required.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

• Assist in the continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:• Office-based position with a shift rotation schedule.

• Working 1 weekend in every 4.

Qualifications and Skills:• Extensive knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.

• Proven customer service experience.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
