Role Description


We’re looking for a creative problem solver with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our small but mighty team!

You must be able to match DAYMADE’s friendly and personable tone.

As we’re a startup, it’s also very helpful if you are adaptable, tech-savvy, able to learn new systems quickly and experience building up deep product knowledge.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Support
  • Minimum 6 months experience using Zendesk
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work with tricky customers
  • Technical mindset
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Comfortable with repetitive work
  • Stress-resistant
  • Ability to show strong initiative, solution-oriented and adaptable to dynamic environment
  • Experience at a subscription-based lifestyle business is a plus
  • Experience at a startup is a plus
  • Knowledge of the prize industry is a plus

A Day in the Life:


As a Customer Success Agent at DAYMADE, your day involves ordering prizes for winners, resolving customer inquiries (both happy and unhappy), following up with prize partners, managing refunds, troubleshooting technical issues, investigating customer issues, and handling admin tasks with precision.

You’ll be the voice of DAYMADE, making people’s days!
