As we’re a startup, it’s also very helpful if you are adaptable, tech-savvy, able to learn new systems quickly and experience building up deep product knowledge.

A Day in the Life:nAs a Customer Success Agent at DAYMADE, your day involves ordering prizes for winners, resolving customer inquiries (both happy and unhappy), following up with prize partners, managing refunds, troubleshooting technical issues, investigating customer issues, and handling admin tasks with precision.
