Customer Service Representative Location: Ayr Employment Type: SA - Salaried Department: QLD MASONRY NORTH QLD REGIONAL MANAGER Salary: Attractive Salary + Growth Opportunity Closing Date: 25/07/2024 About the role We’re seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Brickworks QLD team in Ayr. Reporting to the North Queensland Regional Manager, role will be primarily responsible for assisting internal and external customers in a range of services and sales enquiries across the wide range of Brickworks building products. In this role, you will provide an exceptional customer service experience when interacting through our multiple channels including via phone and email. Duties include but are not limited to •Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. •Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails. •Represent Brickworks as a front-line representative, contributing to business development and growth. •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brickworks products and services. •Assist customers with Service requests, Order Management, Job Scheduling for installations/deliveries. •Perform accurate data entry for orders, credits, returns, stock, and pricing inquiries. •Support Sales Representatives as needed. •Ensure office, work areas, and displays are consistently safe, tidy, clean, and presentable and assist with reception duties. Success Requirements •Strong knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred). •Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred). •Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. •A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. •Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills. •Excellent attention to detail. •Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
