Customer Service Partner LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for Customer Service superstar looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company. Join our trade team as a Customer Service Partner. We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 170-strong HQ team to achieve it. You’ll be working alongside our Trade and Ecommerce teams to achieve excellence in Customer Service and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet. Customer Service Partner As the face/voice of LeMieux, the successful candidate will be articulate, positive, and outgoing – a real “people person”. This role will involve talking to retailers and sales executives globally by telephone and email, offering product advice, assisting with general enquiries, and taking and processing sales orders. You will have the responsibility of complaint handling and turning a potentially negative customer experience into a positive one and therefore are vitally important to the Company’s reputation.
