Customer Service Executive in Winchester

We have teamed up with a forward thinking and dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, they are looked to add an experienced Customer Service Executive to there after sales team. As a Customer Service Executive you will play an integral part in providing a smooth relationship with existing and new customers.


Salary: £25, to £35,


Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8.00 to 5.00pm

The main day to day responsibilities:



  • Notify the appropriate Manager or Team Leader of any issues.

  • Corrective and preventive actions Looking after all customers assigned to the Internal Sales Team, including before and after point of order.

  • Fielding all new enquiries straight to Business Development for qualifying

  • Taking forward all orders from the Business Development Team and ensuring the customer is looked after from point of order onwards.
