Overview We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for an exciting new position within our Customer Service Team. Education Mutual serves schools across the UK for a niche financial service. We need energetic, enthusiastic people to provide a professional, friendly service. This is an onsite role based in our Mansfield office (NG18 5FB), Monday to Friday, between How you'll make an impact Respond to member enquiries Develop relationships with schools and other stakeholders as required Process claims Attend and contribute to team meetings Negotiate and handle member complaints Collaborate with sales team to achieve better results Update the CRM with customer information Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies About You Customer service within an office environment, including telephone experience. Previous claims processing experience desirable.
