We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor , on a 3- month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay : £12.71 - £15.90 per Hour

Responsibilities:

  • To own individual enquiries, complaints, and customer requests through to resolution
  • Identify situations where the person is deemed to be at risk including situations where the individual may be experiencing abuse or neglect and ensure compliance with Safeguarding Adults procedures and Making Safeguarding Personal guidance.
  • To direct people to online resources within Liverpool City Council, voluntary services, National Health Service (NHS) and other partners.
  • Being able to offer advice and guidance on a range of Childrens/Adult Social Care services and support networks.
  • To contribute to the process of continually improving Customer Access to quality, cost effective services

Qualifications:

  • ICS Qualification/NVQ in Customer Care or equivalent.
  • Call/Contact Centre, Customer Service Advisor or Customer facing role 
  • Working within a team environment
  • Experience of working in a Social Care, Health, Education or Advice and Guidance environment.

  • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
  • You should have right to work in U.K
  • This role requires a basic DBS
