We are excited to be working with a family-run and growing plant hire business in Haddenham, to recruit a Hire Controller to join their buzzy team!

As Hire Controller, you will be producing quotes for customers, taking orders, organising plant hire and rental agreements. Strong customer service and administrative skills is essential to thrive in this role!

Responsibilities include:
Be the first point of contact for customers via email and telephone
Create and follow-up on all customer quotations
Create purchase order numbers and confirm orders with customers
Create rental contracts and coordinate delivery with internal departments
Manage several key customer accounts, ensuring excellent service

Skills and experience required:
Strong Customer Service & IT skills
Experience using SAP would be beneficial
Experience in a Hire Controller role (plant hire would be desirable)

This is a full time office based role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
