Job Title: CRM & Performance Manager

Reports to: Marketing Director

Contract: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Full Remote

Gross Annual Salary Package: 40,000-50,000 GBP Basic Salary (dependent on experience level) + 20% Annual Bonus


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive CRM & Performance Manager to oversee our company's customers and prospects database operations, ensuring data accuracy, security, and optimising processes to drive commercial teams’ engagement and performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities combined with strong business acumen to enforce best practices and maintain high data quality and commercial performance!


Key Responsibilities:

CRM Organisation and Optimisation:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CRM database systems to meet the company's needs and support its operations.
  • Develop and enforce database standards and best practices for efficient and secure data management.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking and reporting of all activities related to visprom/exprom contacts in the CRM.
  • Perform regular database performance monitoring, tuning, and optimisation to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Work with the Marketing Director on developing data growth (organic/research/acquisition) strategies that are compliant with data compliance laws.
  • Work with the Marketing Director on developing and optimising lead scoring methodologies to aid the commercial teams in identifying and prioritising high-value leads.
  • Monitor lead qualification and lead funnel for the commercial teams, creating reports, workflows and processes to ensure that leads are properly nurtured.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks, including on internal data segmentation, and perform audits to maintain accurate and consistent data.
  • Monitor unengaged data and assist the marketing team in creating re-engagement strategies.

Team Support and Performance Enhancement:

  • Assess CRM proficiency and employees’ needs in sales, delegates & marketing teams.
  • Plan and conduct regular CRM training sessions / refreshers to commercial teams.
  • Aim for increased levels of competence and strong buy-in across teams.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate and timely use of the CRM by commercial teams.
  • Monitor sales performance and track if leads are generated and progressing in the funnel, by ensuring consistent follow ups with the sales, delegates & marketing teams.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve conversions through better CRM utilisation, optimisation and customization.

Data Compliance:

  • Review data capture methods via forms and registration pages, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and implementing necessary recommendations.
  • Review and optimise methodology to pass leads to external partners in ways that are compliant with data protection laws.
  • Stay up to date with the latest data protection and governance laws in targeted geographies.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior CRM and sales performance management role focusing on workflow automation, report building as well as ROI and/or productivity optimization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Previous Project management experience in steering CRM migration.
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail to put together clear and actionable plans.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding set objectives including improving commercial teams’ performance based on CRM optimisation, allying therefore the commercial spirit to the analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to enforce best practices and ensure commercial teams are following processes and achieving targets.
  • Team-oriented, confident and approachable with a supportive attitude and collaborative work style.
  • Good time management and organisational skills, including good tracking/follow up skills.
  • Reliable, autonomous, solution oriented, and comfortable to go above and beyond in a fast paced / fast changing environment.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
  • High computer literacy, and an acute awareness of the latest digital trends.
  • High speed cable internet access in a quiet workspace.
  • Open and eligible to global travel.
