Summary of the role:



As a CRM Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping our customer engagement and retention strategy.

Your responsibilities encompass defining a strategic marketing automation roadmap, analysing user data, conceptualising and optimising campaigns, and fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams.


What you’ll be doing:


In your day-to-day work as a CRM Manager, you can expect to:



  • Gain insights through user data analysis, mobile analytics and attribution tools.

  • Strategise, execute, and oversee CRM campaigns driving commercial impact to the business.

  • Diligently monitor campaign performance, communicate findings to senior management and drive changes.

  • Execute ad-hoc customer communications, collaborating with key stakeholders across Operations, Product and Compliance

  • Collaborate actively with data and BI experts to refine and enhance strategies.

  • Your primary responsibilities as a CRM Manager will include:



  • Defining a strategic marketing automation roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.

  • Governance over customer communication strategy partnering with Copy, Localisation and CX.

  • Analysing user data to pinpoint opportunities and challenges, using insights and collaborating with data and BI experts to drive informed decisions.

  • Creating and optimising customer engagement campaigns, covering email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.

  • Managing campaign delivery and meticulously analysing key performance indicators.

  • What we are looking for :


  • A minimum of 3 years of prior CRM campaign management experience.

  • Previous experience with leading CRM tools and platforms such as Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Braze, Branch, Localytics, Google Analytics, MParticle, Segment, and Deep-linking.

  • Analytical mindset and numbers driven approach.

  • Ability to execute and drive results

  • An ability to quickly adapt to new tools and 3rd-party solutions.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • A problem-solving mindset and effective time management skills.

  • Experience in multi-national or multi-lingual environments is a valuable asset.

  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Bonus Points: Experience in Banking or Finance domains.
