    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out credit checks on active and prospective clients
  • Collecting outstanding payments from customers
  • Allocating cash
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Resolving complex queries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email

    Successful Candidate:

  • Worked in a similar role previously
  • Ability to work with Excel
  • Attention to deal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
