If you have previous credit control experience ideally gained within a legal environment and are are seeking a fresh challenge and want to work within a supportive firm where you will play a key part in the firms continued financial success this is a fantastic opportunity for you. 

Responsibilities shall include:

  • Implementing and maintaining effective credit control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and to minimise credit risk.
  • Monitoring and managing client credit terms and conditions.
  • Pursuing timely collection of overdue payments through various means including phone calls, emails and letters
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary.
  • Collaborating with fee earners and other relevant departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall credit control process.
  • When appropriate, liaising with dispute resolution claims professionals if funds remain unpaid and court action is required.
  • This role shall be hybrid and can be based in any of the offices so very flexible on location.
