As a Creative Services Executive, you will play a vital role in our dynamic marketing and communications team, actively contributing to our business goals.

Your role involves diverse projects, campaign and channel management, and collaboration across teams, all while keeping a keen eye for detail.

We expect you to proactively identify campaign challenges, craft innovative solutions, and take full ownership of their successful implementation.

Additionally, experience in graphic design to create impactful assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and high-converting landing pages for both external and internal channels is essential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Populate and maintain digital channels, including HubSpot, the website, and intranet, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Optimise digital content for SEO, user experience, and engagement.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, tracking their performance and making data-driven improvements and optimisations.
  • Lead and contribute to marketing and communications projects, taking ownership of key initiatives.
  • Manage and organise marketing assets efficiently for easy access and utilisation.
  • Provide design support using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Generate reports and metrics to demonstrate the success of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management, familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

They should have a strong understanding of SEO and website optimisation, knowledge of email marketing best practices, and a solid grasp of UX design principles to maximise user journey, conversion rate, and engagement.


To be successful, you will have the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines effectively, excellent attention to detail, and a strong eye for design aesthetics are essential.

A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance, along with strong teamwork and people skills, is crucial.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous in the role.


Your key skills include, digital marketing strategy and execution, campaign management and optimization, CMS proficiency, graphic design and multimedia content creation, email marketing software and automation, data analysis and reporting, and event marketing and invitation management.
