THE FIRM A UK and international law firm. THE ROLE A mid/senior level corporate lawyer is sought to join a fast growing International Corporate Group in London. This will be a broad Corporate role, with a specific focus on M&A and for a 5-9pqe lawyer. The International Corporate Group offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures. The firm offers the full remit of corporate expertise to a wide range of clients from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions. THE CANDIDATE You will need to be highly motivated and keen to take responsibility in a team where the lawyers are technically excellent and have the ability to apply their legal skills in a practical way.
