LAW Absolute is working with a Silver Circle Law Firm on a new mandate to join the firms Tier 1 ranked Corporate Governance Team. The role requires an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join them on a 6-9 month contract covering parental leave.
The position will involve supporting one the leading practitioners in this field on a diverse range of corporate governance, compliance, and advisory issues.
You will represent GC’s and legal teams as well as board members and key stake holders and advise on a range of legal and regulatory practices. This will involve advising on corporate reporting, compliance and the UK corporate governance code in particular for listed companies.
This is a great opportunity to work with a leading team of specialists and gain further experience in this area.
