Contracts Manager Build Manager Devon Permanent Sphere Solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for sites covering Devon. Our client is a long-standing, established, developer who creates and build design-led housing developments of the highest quality across Devon & Cornwall/ Due to continual growth in the region, from both sales and a healthy land bank, they are looking to recruit a Contract Manager– sites are spread across North and Mid Devon, and you will be managing up to 4 sites at any one time. Reporting to the Construction Director – you will manage experienced build team whilst ensuring build programmes are on time and Health & Safety and Quality are adhered to. What we’re looking for: The ideal candidate will be a proven Contracts Manager within housebuilding coupled with knowledge of the NHBC both modern and traditional build methods. Excellent Management and organisational skills are a given, along with a good HSE record and understanding of the regional supply chain.
