Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.nKey ResponsibilitiesnManage day-to-day contract operationsnCollaborate with Quantity Surveyors on budgets and procurementnOversee subcontractors and site teamsnMaintain client relationships and manage expectationsnEnsure compliance with H&S regulations and quality standardsnHandle project handovers and documentationnRequirementsn10+ years in construction, 3+ in a similar London rolenExperience with residential refurbishments (£250k to £1m+)nStrong knowledge of scaffolding, structural works, roofing, and masonrynExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsnFluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office & Project, Google SuitenValid Driving Licence required; SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos awareness preferrednQualificationsnConstruction-related Degree or HND, or trade & site management backgroundnMCIOB preferred but not essentialnDoes this role sound suitable for you, or someone you know?
