Contract Manager




to assist with the continued growth of our Tonbridge painting division, covering the South East.




You’ll be responsible for managing painting and associated repair/refurbishment contracts, values ranging from £2,000 to £1.

5 million, for a variety of key clients within Kent, South London and surrounding areas, including local authorities, private schools, and various commercial and public sector arenas.

What will you bring?

nRelevant experience in Contract Management in a similar role, ideally within the painting/ decorating sector, although we encourage applications from other backgrounds within the industrynExperience in managing direct labour, including development and performance management of a teamnDemonstrable experience in leading the operational success of a contract - including awareness of budget, managing client relationships and planning programmes of worknA trade background (all trades considered to NVQ level 2 or equivalent) preferred but not essentialnA sound working knowledge of Health and Safety requirementsnThe ability to build successful working relationships with customers and employees.
