Summary of Role My client is a major developer in the North East and has an exciting opportunity for an experiencedConstruction Professional to join their team on a permanent basis.They are looking for an experienced building professional to oversee the pre-contract work and tobe involved in the on-site construction phase at commencement of the works.You will be responsible for the pre-contract management on a number of smaller projects with avalue to £5.0m. As well as new build projects up to a value of £20mThis is an ‘on-site’ role and based in the Teesside area.
