We are looking for a passionate, caring and values driven individual to join our growing team as a Community Care Coa ch . You will be part of an integral team, ensuring that our customers are receiving the highest standards of care.

Role: Community Care Coach

Salary: £25,725 (per annum) + generous on-call payments

Hours: 1 Full-time | per week - working on agreed shift patterns which include weekend working on a rota basis.

Based: Regent Centre (NE3)

The Community Care Coach works with Service Users, their Care Support Workers, and others involved in the Service Users’ care, to maintain the best level of care for Service Users. To promote the Values of the company, share best practice and support the staff to be the Best They Can Be. You must have a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Your duties will include:

  • Support staff to deliver the best care possible through coaching, mentoring, training and direct support.
  • Conduct Best Practice and Be Supported Sessions with Staff
  • Share best practice and provide staff with the support and training to complete care correctly.
  • Onboard and support new carers into their role through mentorship and shadowing.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to all staff and service users.
  • Provide additional support to complex packages.
  • Ensure Be Caring's policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Ensure Care Quality Commission standards are met.
  • Pervious care experience is preferred but not essential as full training, support and guidance will be given to the successful applicant.
