Boden Group deliver facilities maintenance services and project works to the Ministry of Defence and commercial clients at multiple sites in the South West and South East.Join Our Team as a Commercial Officer in Facilities Management - Drive Financial Excellence and Client Satisfaction.We offer: * 37 hour working week with an early finish on Fridays. * Option to Buy/Sell up to 5 days holiday per year. * Employee rewards platform with discounts on shopping, leisure activities and utilities. * Employee assistance program offering free counselling sessions and employee wellbeing portal * Cycle to Work scheme.Main Duties of the role: * Analyse contract requirements and develop comprehensive cost plans throughout the lifecycle, ensuring financial efficiency and project success. * Provide support and clarity on contractual matters, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals. * Prepare detailed quotations, managing project costs in line with budgetary expectations. * Engage with supply chain and conduct procurement, including framework contracts. * Understand the implications of H&S regulations and industry requirements, safeguarding our commitment to workplace safety. * Authorisation of supply chain invoices and settling accounts. * Carry out invoicing and applications as appropriate. * Pricing billable works accurately and agreeing variations. * Produce cash flow forecasts as necessary * Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks. * Building & maintaining effective working relations with other departments.Required Skills and Abilities:Essential: * Industry relevant qualification * Commercial experience in a construction or maintenance environment * Management of project costs * Knowledge of facilities management processes * Working relationships with clients and supply chain * Microsoft Office softwareDesirable Qualifications: * IACCM/WCC Practitioner * CIPS or equivalent * CIWFM * RICS AccreditationJoin us and lead the way in facilities management excellence together Read More |
