Job Description

Commercial Manager required for a top Civil Engineering Specialist Contractor

Navartis is working with a Top specialist contractor who operate in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors and work on many prestigious major projects across the UK.

You would join their team as a Commercial Manager in their Head Office near to Sheffield and work on some major infrastructure projects.


They have completed numerous major civils projects around the UK and have a prestigious projects that they are currently working on so are looking to add to their commercial team.


Experience required:

Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Sector background.
Experience in groundworks, earthworks, reinforced concrete.
8 years + experience in Quantity Surveying
NEC 3 / NEC 4 Contract experience
Strong time management
Excellent communication skills
Degree (Desirable)

Duties include:

Reporting to and Assisting the Commercial Director
Managing all commercials of allocated project or projects
Estimating & Pre Construction
Dealing with and working alongside the Main Contractor
Liaising with client
Contract Management
Month End reporting
Applying NEC Contract
Valuations & Final Accounts
Reporting & Forecasts

My client is also open to hearing from Quantity Surveyor's who are looking for their next step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager level.
