The Role:


As an essential member of our Collections team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers facing financial difficulties in managing their billing obligations effectively.

This position requires a compassionate approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.


You'll receive on-the-job training and support from a dedicated team, helping you develop key skills in a supportive, collaborative environment, perfect for someone at the beginning of their career.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Support:


  • Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and live chat, focusing on achieving first-contact resolution via Intercom.
  • Utilise Stripe for processing payments and managing related customer transactions efficiently.

Relationship Building:


  • Engage with a diverse clientele in a friendly, supportive, and empathetic manner to establish mutually beneficial payment arrangements.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to build trust and facilitate open communication.

Efficiency and Time Management:


  • Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Positive Attitude and Problem Solving:


  • Approach each interaction with a positive can-do attitude, employing creativity and critical thinking to resolve customer challenges and enhance their experience.

You’ve worked previously in a customer service or collections environment and you love being the face of your business.

Working arrangements:


  • Our office hours are 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri
  • Our office is based in Stokes Croft, Bristol
  • After an initial 6-month period of working on-site, hybrid working is available
