You will report to the Regional General Manager and be accountable for the execution of national and regional strategies within London.

You may be assigned a cluster of properties to support other General Managers in areas like Facilities, Housekeeping and Student Experience.


You will deliver improved operational, safety, sales, and revenue performance, increase overall profitability, and drive improvements across the end-to-end customer and employee experience.


You will be able to

  • Have flexibility in location as you may work across a selection of our London properties
  • The GM Designate supports the Regional General Manager and Head of Operations in identifying and implementing change and operational improvement projects/programmes.
  • As the central owner of all divisional operational tools, resources, systems, and processes, the GM Designate confidently articulates and presents the `voice of the site teams` to ensure excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
