You'll be ensuring client satisfaction, supporting financial planners, and managing a small team of administrators.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Be the first point of contact, nurture strong client relationships, and address their queries with efficiency and care.Service Delivery: Ensure all client service activities and reports are delivered accurately and on time.Support for Financial Planners: Assist in meeting preparation, documentation, and the execution of financial plans.Administrative Management: Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure processes meet regulatory standards.Team Leadership: Mentor a team of administrators, driving efficiency and professional growth within your team.About You:We are looking for a professional with strong interpersonal skills, a methodical and organised mindset, and a passion for client service.
