Our Client Service Managers are the engine of our business.

They are responsible for managing relationships with independent financial advisers whilst processing portfolio instructions within agreed timescales.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in corporate customer service and takes pride in ‘getting things right the first time’.


 Your responsibilities when you join Transact as a Client Service Manager will include:


  • Administering instructions such as investments, deposits and transfers within a range of financial wrappers including ISAs, Pensions and Investment Bonds accurately and efficiently.
  • Prioritising and managing your own workload throughout the day.
  • Handling incoming telephone calls.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Financial Advisers .

You will be fundamental to the success of our business, responsible for each piece of work from start to finish - ensuring accurate administration and communicating with the Financial Adviser, answering any questions they may have along the way.


The role offers great exposure to a wide variety of tax wrappers and investment types and Transact will sponsor your relevant financial service qualifications to drive your career development.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 which has potential to increase to £38,500 within 2 years upon being deemed fully competent in the role.
