Position Overview:nAs a Client Onboarding Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our client service operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, handling documentation, and liaising closely with relationship managers and compliance teams. Key Responsibilities:nManage client onboarding processes efficiently and accurately. nCollect and review necessary documentation to meet regulatory requirements. nEnsure Service Level Agreements are metnParticipate in project and change activities relevant to the teamnCoordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth account openings. nMaintain high standards of service delivery and professionalism at all times. Person SpecificationnPrevious experience in a client onboarding or similar role within banking or financial services preferred. nStrong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
