Clerk of Works needed in North London Paying £23.24 per hr ref 012292 Full time hours on a temporary basis The Clerk of Works is required to act as an inspector on behalf of the employer under the direction of the Client Representative. The Clerk of Works is responsible for inspection of building works and associated works on projects allocated to ensure that such works are executed in accordance with the contract documents and with any instructions issued from time to time by the Client Representative. In addition to the Clerk of Works duties the post holder may be required to carry out additional duties as detailed below Undertake responsibility as directed for the preparation of design/quotation/tender documentation on some projects and administer through to final account stage where required.
