Talent84 are actively sourcing Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Newcastle, working dayshift 7am - 3pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery of goods
  • Load and unload materials or equipment using appropriate lifting and handling techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or damages
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
  • Assist with other duties as assigned, such as loading/unloading

Requirements:

  • A full driving licence that allows you to drive a Class 2 in the UK
  • No more than 6 points on licence
  • A valid CPC card and digital tachograph card (digi card).
  • Physically capable as heavy lifting will be involved
Shifts: any 5/7 days per week - will include weekend workPay: £13.05ph basic, 1.5x Overtime after 39hrs, 2x rate for hours worked on a Sunday
