Description

Kenton Black are currently working with one of our long established clients to recruit a Civils Site Supervisor for a large civils project in Fife. This is initially a freelance position with the project expected to run for 18 months, however there will be follow on work and the opportunity for the position to go permanent.
The successful candidate will have a varied and comprehensive knowledge on all aspects of groundworks, particularly on a larger scale civils project.

As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for;
• Looking after the day to day running of site
• Supervising all direct labour, sub contractors and plant to ensure all workmanship is of the highest quality
• Leading, managing, and motivating everyone on site
• Making sure paperwork is up to date, and that everything happens as safely as possible
• Following all HSE principles

To be considered for the Site Supervisor role you will require;
• Experience in managing similar civils projects
• Strong work ethic and desire to be a part of hard working team
• CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid
