The Royal Society of Medicine is one of the UK’s leading providers of continuing learning for healthcare professionals, near to both Oxford Circus and Bond Street Tube stations.

The hospitality department operates a conference, meeting, and events venue and an exclusive Members Club facility for healthcare professionals.


We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual, who has worked in similar event roles within the hospitality industry.

You will be working within a brigade of 21; based in the event kitchen producing conference fork buffets, working lunches, canape receptions, bowl food and formal plated lunches or dinners, with scope for your development within the company.

Experience in hospitality essential along with significant experience as Chef de Partie.


You will need to be a team player, keen to develop, adaptable and have good interpersonal and communication skills.


To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:


· Food quality is always a priority


· Ability to work under pressure


· Excellent attention to detail


· A high standard of personal presentation


· Confident, professional and welcoming personality


· Prior experience as a quality chef


· Strong level of English proficiency


· Level 2/3 Food safety Certificate


· Allergen Certificate
