- Be able to demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
- Own transport would be ideal due to location, although accommodation is also available if relocating to the area
- Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
