As a Central Reservation Executive, you will be the first point ofcontact for our guests, ensuring their reservation experience is seamless andenjoyable. You will manage bookings for our pubs and accommodations, providingexcellent customer service and maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
  • Process and manage reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Provide information on availability, rates, and services offered by our pubs.
  • Assist guests with special requests and coordinate with individual pub managers to meet guest needs.
  • Resolve any booking issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our pubs, menus, events, and promotions.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for reservations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
