Carpenter Multi trader required - domestic property maintenance responsive repairs across the Southampton area. Responsibilities:
  • Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs and related remedial works
  • Ideally from a Carpentry background but with experience of the following an advantage
  • Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling, lock replacements, UPVC / Glazing repairs.
  • Maintaining van stock and liaising with the planner on distributed roles
  • Striving for Customer satisfaction & Interaction to the highest levels

    • Requirements:

  • Time Served/NVQ / C&G qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
  • Full tool set
  • Full driving license
  • Van and fuel card provided.
