Located in London at the heart of the global music industry the Institute for Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) has been developing and delivering contemporary music education for over 30 years – longer than any other music school in the UK. Requirements Salary: £40,868 - £47,351 Closing Date: Friday 7th June Interview Date: Wednesday 19th June As the Careers Manager, you will have strategic and operational oversight of our Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) provision and ensuring the institution maintains its excellent Graduate Outcomes. You will be responsible for creating and implementing plans for the development of career opportunities, work-based learning, placements, and the enhancement of employability prospects for all students and alumni. The role has responsibility for the leadership of all CEIAG activity including student enhancement activities, employer partnership development, alumni engagement, widening participation activities, and delivery of careers & employability education, advice and guidance. The Careers Manager is a member of the College Management Team, liaising with all relevant departments and working closely with academic colleagues in the development of careers and industry focussed programmes and curriculum.
