Caremark Lewes and Wealden North, is currently searching for an experienced Care Manager to join our growing office, based in Newhaven, East Sussex. You’ll have a fantastic opportunity to use your skills and experience to become a best-in-class care provider, building from the ground up, with an excellent support structure from a leading care provider behind you.
The Support As this is a fairly new CQC registered office, there will be variety in your day-to-day responsibilities, giving you a great opportunity to guide the organisation for the future. You will be working with and supported by the business owner, plus a dedicated Quality Manager and Regional Support Manager, as well as a wider central support team including HR, Recruitment, Training & Compliance, and IT/Rostering.

About you You’ll be great for this role if you have previously been a Care Manager of a home care service, have NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and are looking to join a growing and engaging business, focused on providing the best home care services across the area.
