The Offer As a Care Home Manager, you will take responsibility and proactive actions in maintaining and insuring standards of care within the home are compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements as well as with C&C policies and procedures. You will provide leadership, support and direction to colleagues to ensure that residents receive high standards of care to ensure their safety, security and wellbeing, taking into account and responding to differing individual choices and needs. You will create an environment in the home that is friendly, relaxed and personalised.
