Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Care Home Manager at Bandrum Nursing Home Limited in Dunfermline. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist care to our residents and ensuring continuity of care. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and leading a team of care professionals, overseeing resident care plans, coordinating and implementing care services, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, liaising with residents' families and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
