Care Home Manager Claremont Lodge, Caister-on-Sea £65, per annum Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a Registered Manager for Claremont Lodge. About the Home: Claremont House is located in the seaside village of Caister-on-Sea in Norfolk. Originally opening its doors in , the single-storey home offers specialised nursing care for the elderly. In , a 24 bed specialist dementia unit opened in the grounds. The home can now accommodate up to 51 residents. About you: Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? Our Registered Managers lead by example, managing a team of nurses, carers and support staff to meet our residents needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.
