About the Role:

This role is pivotal in delivering cutting-edge SaaS ERP and EPM based transformation programs, harnessing the latest ERP technology from top-tier vendors like Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) from inception to completion.
  • Deliver compelling, customized solutions to complex client challenges in Oracle EPM.
  • Engage in business development, nurturing client relationships across various industries to support sales and pre-sales activities.
  • Design robust EPM solutions leveraging industry best practices to meet client business requirements.
  • Oversee system design and delivery, including aspects like integration management and data migration strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products across diverse industries such as public sector, retail, and financial services.
  • Expertise in financial planning and analysis, and key finance and accounting processes.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing large teams and fostering professional development.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficient in managing project deliverables and governance controls.
