SER Business Development Manager will be responsible for building networks and relationships with Procurement Platforms (DPSs) and Tender Framework providers for Social Landlords, Local Authorities, Housing Associations in public, private and other sectors to secure new business opportunities and support business expansion and growth. For the most part, these will be Refurbishments and Retrofit social housing projects and contracts, windows and doors, new build and JV opportunities to support our business expansion plans. As well as financial appraisal and contract negotiation, you will need to work closely with internal bid, commercial and operational colleagues, obtaining their support and input to secure approvals and funding to ensure delivery. You will also work as part of a team assembling bids in response to tenders for development partnerships, often to challenging deadlines. Responsible for establishing key client and consultant drivers. Working within our Operations and Bid Teams, supporting the identification of profitable opportunities and maintenance of deep-rooted relationships with customers and consultants.
