Your outstanding communication skills and powers to negotiate effectively get you the most appropriate terms with Underwriters and Insurers. You present a dynamic and professional image of our company to everyone you meet, actively encouraging open dialogue about our industry and how we’re experts in our field. About You You have or are working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII or '' would suit us best. We love that you have a keen eye for business and sales management experience gained in a commercial setting. A consistent track record of delivering against targets within a regulated, measurable framework is vital. You're comfortable generating leads and building pipelines autonomously, for you it's about making things happen and providing the best possible service and business outcomes.
