ROLE: Lead Business (Operations) Change Consultant – Interim

LOCATION: Hybrid – must be happy to travel to multiple sites as required

DAY RATE : £500 - £650 per day via Umbrella Company

They are a fast-growing, innovative technology company, backed by leading a private equity firm, committed to ambitious growth plans. Their mission is to harness cutting-edge technology to create solutions that empower their customers and drive technological efficiency.

The Role

As a Business Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role within the organization, driving strategic initiatives and leading transformational projects. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of change initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that support business objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of change projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Business Change Lead in a PE backed organization within the technology sector.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with a focus on delivering high-impact change initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Please note this is a Operations focussed Change role not a Technical or IT Transformation role. It is imperative that your have Private Equity backed "Buy & Build" experience too.
