MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading global fashion brand on the search for a Business Analyst.

This is a permanent role based in Manchester.


As the Business Analyst , you will drive business transformation projects across various departments.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a company celebrated for its innovative designs and a workplace that values collaboration, creativity, and a customer-centric approach.

You will report directly to the Project Manager and will play a key role in enhancing our order management systems, encompassing order platform, order creation, and fulfilment.

This role is integral to driving change and promoting efficiency across the business through strategic IT and business solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Align IT initiatives with business objectives to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyse current business processes: document "as is" and "to be" scenarios.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage project timelines.
  • Develop and execute project communication strategies to keep stakeholders well-informed.
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training initiatives.
  • Design process maps and document system interfaces focusing on standardization and best practices.
  • Keep abreast of the latest in technology trends and business process innovations.

  • Strong background in enabling business operations through technology.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing B2B and/or B2C information solutions.
