FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated  Business Administrator to work within our Central Services department. As our Business Administrator, you will be providing an effective and efficient administration service to the operational divisions. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of our Business Administrator:

-Monitoring and responding to correspondence and requests via shared email inboxes to include prioritisation of work requests

-Completing Oracle requisitions for all departments relating to workshop, stores, and materials

-Completing invoice processing for operational divisions according to agreed company protocols, best practice, and timelines, clearing statements and supporting accounts payable

-Processing and recording incoming and outgoing correspondence as necessary according to agreed protocols

- Delivering all administration services in accordance with agreed company systems and processes to include trace car relocation documentation, data input and document storage

-Working collaboratively with other relevant FMC support departments to include HR, L&D, Recruitment, Payroll, IT, Finance

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a professional, confident, and experienced administrator. You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and you will be comfortable communicating with a variety of people via telephone, email, and face to face. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong customer focus, good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
